Sales Price

The sales price at which you can purchase the goods from the online store estellenoir.org is displayed next to the product image on the Site. All prices are in BGN, VAT included, per unit, unless otherwise specified. The sales price does not include the following, which you must pay separately:

Additional Costs

  • Costs and fees for transporting the goods in connection with delivery (if applicable under the chosen delivery method and terms – please see the Delivery section XVI of the Terms of Service).
  • Any fees and charges related to your chosen payment method (please see Payment Methods – Section X of the Terms of Service).
  • Fees and charges associated with granting consumer credit when purchasing goods on installment (please see the installment purchase terms in Section XI of the Terms of Service).

Range Price (“from XXX BGN”)

"From XXX BGN" is used when a product is offered in different variants (sizes, colors, etc.) and there is a price difference among them; it indicates the lowest price available, including in cases of discount. On the product page you can see the exact price for each variant.

Price Differences

Prices on the Site may differ from those in physical stores. Some items may only be sold online at a different price. Differences may occur during promotions, offers, discounts or other campaigns both online and in physical stores. For more information please see here.

For orders placed via the online store or by phone, the only valid and binding price between estellenoir.org and the Customer is the sales price shown on the Site at the time of order.

Price Changes

estellenoir.org reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the prices of goods offered on the Site. Such changes apply from the moment they are published on www.estellenoir.org. They will not affect orders already placed. If an order is not completed or a product is in your "Favorites", the price will update automatically and you may complete the order at the new price.

Discounts

estellenoir.org may announce discounts on all or part of the goods at any time. The exact terms are published for each campaign. During a discount, the new sale price and crossed-out previous price are displayed side by side; the discount percentage may also be shown. “Sale price” refers to the reduced price for the campaign’s duration.

Previous Price

  • Determined individually for each discount and means the lowest price at which the product was offered on the Site during the last 30 days prior to the discount (or, where specified, a different period).
  • May differ from the price immediately before the discount.
  • Differences between online and physical store previous prices may occur, and discounts at one store may not apply in another.

Only discounts announced on the Site and applicable to the online store apply. Different discount types cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
