Orders

Select a product, choose options if available, click “Add to cart” and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or by creating an account for faster reorders and order tracking.

We need your name, delivery address, phone, email, and a payment method. If you need an invoice, add your company details at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet. If the order has shipped, you can use our return policy after delivery.

Log in to “My Account → Orders” or use the tracking link in your confirmation email. Guest orders can be tracked using the order number and email.

Report within 48 hours with photos of the package and items. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. Keep the packaging until we confirm the resolution.

Products

Each product page lists key benefits, full INCI ingredients, skin/hair type suitability, usage instructions and PAO/expiration info.

If available, you’ll see a “Notify me” or “Pre-order” option on the product page. We’ll email you when it’s back or confirm the estimated restock date.

Follow the instructions on the product page and packaging. We suggest a patch test for new cosmetics. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

You receive the item as shown on the product page. Accessories (e.g., pumps, applicators) are included only if indicated in the description or photos.

Volume/weight (e.g., 50 ml) are listed on each page. Shipping weight may differ and is used to calculate delivery fees.

Gift Cards

Yes. Buy a digital gift card on our Gift Cards page. The recipient receives it by email with your personal message.

We offer fixed amounts and, when available, a custom value within a defined range. The full balance can be used over multiple orders until it’s exhausted.

Yes. Add the recipient’s name and a short message at checkout. You can also schedule a delivery date if the option is shown.

Enter the code at checkout to see the remaining balance or contact our support team and we’ll check it for you.

Digital cards can be resent to the original email if not yet redeemed. Treat gift cards like cash — we can’t replace a card that’s already been used.
